As you may know, the company many of us previously worked for has recently been acquired, and the original service model is undergoing significant changes. Like many of our former colleagues, we were part of the technical and delivery teams that supported this system day-to-day — often working directly with customers to resolve complex issues, design solutions, and keep everything running smoothly.
Following the acquisition, many of those support services are now being restructured or retired, and a number of the original team — including us — are no longer involved in the official delivery of the platform.
We’ve heard from several customers who are understandably concerned about the future of that hands-on support, and whether the same level of responsiveness, experience, and insight will still be available.
That’s why we’ve come together to offer a new, independent consultancy — not to replace or compete with the core product or its new owners, but to provide complementary support services where needed.
We do not offer upgrades, product development, or any services that rely on proprietary access to the platform.
